Wedding Flowers
Booking conditions
1.1. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. This will be £100 for any weddings over £500. Weddings under £500 will incur a 50% payment at the time of booking. 1.2. The balance of your order is due in full 28 days prior to your wedding date. This can be paid in instalments by prior arrangement and can be paid any time prior to the 28 days. 1.3. If you have to postpone your wedding your booking fee will be held by us and any other monies paid by you until your wedding date is rearranged. If you cancel your wedding outside the 28 day period we will issue a refund minus your booking fee. If you cancel with the 28 day period we will hold your booking fee and we will reserve the right to not issue a full refund. 1.4 If payment is not received in full prior to 28 days before the wedding date we reserve the right to cancel our agreement with you. 1.5 Your flowers will be ordered 14 days prior to your wedding date. If there are any changes you wish to make will be subject to additional charges. 1.6 We reserve the right to make changes to specific flowers or foliage as availability is subject to weather, season or other supply difficulty. We will always liaise with you and use the best alternative.Delivery and set-up
2.1. Forge Flowers will always deliver your flowers unless there is a prior agreement for you to collect. Delivery charges apply. 2.2. Full delivery details must be supplied. 2.3. Any items borrowed/hired from Forge Flowers will remain the property of Forge Flowers. A charge will be made if items are not returned or are damaged in any way. 2.4 No responsibility is accepted by Forge Flowers for any damage caused by candles used in candelabra/hurricane lamps/candle holders either burns or damage from hot wax.
Event Flowers
A quote will be supplied which will be valid for 14 days. If acceptable a non-refundable booking fee of £50 if the order is £250 or less will be payable to secure the date with the balance becoming payable in full one month prior to the event. If the order is £500 or more a booking fee of £100 is required with the balance becoming payable one month prior to the event. 1.3 – 1.6 as Wedding flowers
Delivery
